The Project
Wilber's came to us to tell the story behind one of the South's legendary barbecue institutions: how a father and son stepped in to save it, and the pitmaster who's spent decades mastering the craft that keeps it running.
We built the film around the people, not the plates. The father-son partnership that kept the restaurant alive. The pitmaster whose decades of skill are the real reason the place still matters. The short doc carries the full story, and the three cutdowns were built to carry it further.
The 3 social cutdowns accrued over 1M organic views combined. The short documentary has generated roughly 10K views on YouTube.
