The Project
MVM is a tank car manufacturer and a Berkshire Hathaway company. They brought us on to create a recruiting film, working alongside their in-house creative team.
This one called for a straightforward, blue collar film, proud of the work and the people doing it. We partnered directly with MVM's creative team throughout to make sure the film represented the trade and the people on the floor accurately.
